This opportunity is with a respected multi-discipline contractor delivering services across commercial and residential sectors. With an established presence in the housebuilding market and growing relationships with major M&E contractors, the company is investing heavily and requires an experienced to support its continued expansion.

As an Electrical Estimator, you will be:
- Producing accurate estimates and quotations for commercial projects
- Pricing labour-only packages for M&E contractor-led schemes
- Preparing supply-and-install quotations for residential new-build housing developments
- Reviewing tender documents, specifications, and drawings
- Estimating EV charging installations, external lighting projects, containment systems, and cable tray works
- Applying practical installation knowledge to calculate labour allowances and productivity rates
- Supporting the growth of the electrical division through consistent pricing and commercial support
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within a UK contracting environment
- Ideally experience pricing residential new-build housing and apartment projects
- Knowledge of labour-only and full installation contracts
- The ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet quotation deadlines
