Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider based in Peckham, London. The Role:

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a commercial building services environment. You will ensure all electrical systems and associated plant are maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent service to clients.

Key Duties:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
• Attending reactive maintenance breakdowns
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Maintaining lighting, power, emergency lighting, and control systems
• Working on general building services systems
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
• Completing maintenance reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Qualified electrically (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• 18th Edition desirable
• Experience working within building services / commercial maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Package:

• £40,000 basic salary
• Overtime available
