Electrical Package Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead the delivery of electrical systems on large-scale hyperscale data centre projects. This role covers full lifecycle delivery from design through to commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and budget targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the electrical package from pre-construction to completion
  • Coordinate design with consultants, MEP/CSA teams, and client stakeholders
  • Oversee procurement, including subcontractors and long-lead equipment
  • Manage on-site installation and subcontractor performance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Develop and track programme schedules, mitigating risks as required
  • Lead testing, commissioning, and energisation activities
  • Monitor budgets, manage variations, and control costs
  • Deliver full project documentation and support client handover

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 8 to 15+ years in electrical or MEP project delivery
  • Proven experience on large-scale projects (€50M+)
  • Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HV, MV, LV systems, UPS, and generators
  • Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks
  • Experience with planning software such as Primavera or MS Project
  • Solid understanding of electrical standards and compliance
