We’re working with , a fast-growing electrical contractor delivering commercial projects alongside Tier 1 M&E clients. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Role

• Managing applications, valuations, and variations
• Supporting estimating and project costing
• Cost control and commercial reporting
• Working closely with the estimating team
• Reporting directly into senior management

Projects are primarily commercial, including:

• Schools
• Government buildings
• Office fit-outs etc

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Electrical QS
• Strong understanding of commercial project environments
• Experience managing applications and valuations
• Ability to work closely with estimators and project teams
• Open to candidates who have worked their way up from an electrical background or qualification

The Package

• £55,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience)
• Private healthcare
• Company pension
• Full-time, permanent role
• Immediate start available

Location & Hours

• Office-based role (7:30am – 4:00pm)
• Based in Purfleet-on-Thames, Essex
• Free on-site parking
• Walking distance to local train station
• Site visits as required
