As an Electrical Tutor, you’ll deliver engaging, high-quality teaching for our Level 3 Installation and Maintenance Electrician apprenticeship programme. This role is about far more than teaching and assessing units from a qualification, you’ll be responsible for developing the full range of knowledge, skills, and behaviours set out in the apprenticeship standard. You’ll help apprentices connect theory to practice, build confidence through hands-on learning, and develop the professional values and personal qualities they need to succeed in their careers and contribute positively to the workplace and wider community.

What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent) with strong technical knowledge and industry experience.
- GCSE/O-Level Maths and English (A–C, 9–4) or Level 2 equivalent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and IT skills.
- Commitment to your own ongoing professional development.
Desirable:
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent teaching qualification, or willingness to achieve this.
- Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely).
- Assessor qualifications (D32, D33, A1, or TAQA).
- Internal Verifier qualifications (D34, V1, or TAQA).
