Zest4Talent is recruiting for an experienced Embodied Carbon & One Click LCA Consultant to join a growing sustainability consultancy delivering carbon, sustainability and environmental services across the built environment sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant, LCA Consultant, Embodied Carbon Consultant or Whole Life Carbon Consultant with strong One Click LCA experience to join a forward-thinking consultancy during a period of sustained growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role delivering embodied carbon assessments and lifecycle assessments across a range of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects.

The consultancy is specifically looking for someone with hands-on technical delivery experience who is comfortable undertaking assessments themselves rather than purely managing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver embodied carbon assessments using One Click LCA
• Produce lifecycle assessments and whole life carbon reports
• Support sustainable design and low-carbon strategies
• Work closely with sustainability, energy and environmental teams
• Prepare technical reports and client deliverables
• Contribute to the continued growth of carbon and sustainability services

Requirements:

• Experience using One Click LCA software
• Strong understanding of embodied carbon and lifecycle assessment methodologies
• Experience within the built environment, sustainability or environmental consultancy sector
• Strong technical, analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage and deliver technical assessments independently

Additional skills would be advantageous but are not essential, particularly within:

• BREEAM
• Energy & Carbon Consultancy
• Sustainability Consultancy
• Environmental Assessment
• Quantity Surveying or Cost Consultancy

Location & Working Arrangement:

The preferred location is Nottingham with hybrid working available following probation. London-based candidates may also be considered.
