Are you a confident ER specialist who thrives on solving complex people matters and driving positive change? We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping a fair, compliant, and engaging workplace.

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters. You will lead on high-risk and sensitive cases, ensuring decisions are commercially sound, legally compliant, and aligned with organisational values. Alongside case management, you will contribute to group-wide initiatives, using data and insight to identify trends, improve employee experience, and strengthen organisational capability. This role combines strategic input with hands-on delivery, requiring a proactive approach to building relationships and driving consistent, high-quality ER practice across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience operating as an Employee Relations or HR Business Partner, supporting senior stakeholders
  • Strong, practical knowledge of employment law, including handling complex and high-risk cases
  • Ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in analysing data and identifying trends to inform decisions and improve outcomes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational delivery
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication and judgement
