English Teacher

We are currently working with a welcoming secondary school in Northampton seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and make a real impact within a supportive department.

• Deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with the curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential
• Contribute to the wider school community and department

👤 What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 
• Experience teaching English in a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A passion for English and student development
• ECTs and experienced teachers both welcome
