ER Manager

Role - ER Manager 

Location - Coventry - 3-4 days a week in office 

Type - Contract - 12 weeks 

Salary - £350 per day to candidate

• Outsource all their ER to an organisation. 
• They need someone to come in and review the process and suggest improvements or adaptations
• Need someone with shared service experience, ER experience and third party experience - experience using a third-party organisation for ER 

 Project Title: ER Governance & Service Review (12 Weeks)

Project Aim

To stabilise ER delivery, reduce risk, and deliver a decision-ready recommendation on the future ER operating model.

Phases:

Weeks 1–2: Diagnose & Stabilise

Weeks 3–6: Govern & Generate Insight

Weeks 7–10: Design Future Model Options

Weeks 11–12: Decision & Handover
