Joining a well-established company with projects across the UK, you’ll work on the installation, servicing, maintenance, and refurbishment of escalators, travelators, and walkways for a wide range of clients. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work while minimising disruption for customers — and engineers are trusted to take real ownership on-site.

Covering locations across Birmingham, Manchester, and London, this role offers a mix of technical challenge, autonomy, and regular overtime opportunities to boost earnings. You’ll be supported with a company van, tools, uniform, and a collaborative team environment where practical expertise is genuinely valued.

The role will involve:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of escalators and walkways
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
• Conducting safety inspections and compliance checks
• Supporting customers on-site and resolving technical issues
• Participation in an on-call rota for weekends and bank holidays

To be successful, you’ll need:

• NVQ Level 3 qualification
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience troubleshooting escalator systems
• A proactive, problem-solving approach
