Estimating Administrator

Are you a proactive and organised administrator who wants to support a busy estimating team in a growing contractor environment? We’re recruiting for an Estimating Administrator to support the Estimating Manager of a well-established refurbishment and fit-out contractor with a turnover of around £4 million and multiple live projects.

Your Role

  • Assist the Estimating Manager with tender enquiries and submissions

  • Upload and manage tender documentation and associated correspondence

  • Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors to collect pricing and scope responses

  • Maintain and update project folders, trackers and databases

  • Provide general estimation-team administration and co-ordination

You Bring

  • Strong organisational and document‐control skills

  • Comfortable using Excel and document management systems such as Conquest (training can be provided)

  • Previous experience in construction administration, estimating support, bid coordination (or interest in moving into that space)

  • High attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines and a collaborative, can-do attitude
