About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join a high-growth organisation operating within the digital infrastructure and technology space.

This is a pivotal role supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, scaling environment, where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of both executive operations and the day-to-day office function.

The position offers exposure to a dynamic leadership team and the opportunity to contribute to a business delivering critical infrastructure projects.

The Role
You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, while also overseeing office management responsibilities. This is a varied and hands-on position requiring strong organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling, travel, and executive correspondence
  • Acting as a gatekeeper for senior leadership communications
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and briefing documents
  • Supporting board and governance processes, including meeting coordination and board pack preparation
  • Tracking progress on strategic projects and following up with internal teams
  • Coordinating internal communications and operational priorities
  • Overseeing day-to-day office management, including suppliers, facilities, and administration
  • Organising meetings, agendas, and minutes
  • Providing wider administrative support across the business when required

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Office Manager
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern business systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within data centres, infrastructure, technology, or regulated environments
  • Exposure to board-level or governance support
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience
