We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join a leading UK building services provider, operating across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in the Bristol region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation known for delivering high-quality, sustainable building services solutions across both construction and facilities management environments.

The Role

Working as part of a mobile maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of fabric and general building maintenance tasks across multiple client sites.

Duties will include:

• General building fabric maintenance (doors, locks, ceilings, flooring, etc.)
• Basic plumbing and minor mechanical works
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding
• Supporting M&E engineers where required
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards

You’ll be provided with a company van and will cover sites across the Bristol area.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fabric / building maintenance role
• Multi-skilled background (basic plumbing, carpentry, general repairs)
• Experience working in commercial environments
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
