Plumbing Bias Fabric Maintenance Engineer (Level 2 Plumbing)
Location: City of London
Salary: £35,000 basic + overtime available

The Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Fabric Maintenance Engineer with a Level 2 qualification in Plumbing to join our growing team based in the City of London. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties
• Perform basic plumbing tasks including repairs, maintenance, and minor installations
• Undertake general fabric duties such as carpentry, painting & decorating, and minor building repairs
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards
• Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure high levels of service delivery

Requirements:

• Level 2 qualification in Plumbing (essential)
• Previous experience in a fabric or building maintenance role
• Good all-round knowledge of building maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
