Fabrication Sales Manager

Red Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabrication Sales Manager to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Stourbridge.

Specialising in laser cutting, CNC punching, metal pressing and sheet metal fabrication, our client is looking for a driven sales professional with a strong engineering or fabrication background to develop existing customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities within manufacturing and engineering sectors
• Preparing quotations and following up on sales enquiries
• Working closely with production teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Managing customer accounts and providing a high level of service
• Conducting customer visits and attending meetings as required
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or Technical Sales role
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, CNC punching, metal pressing, or related manufacturing processes
• Proven track record of developing new business and managing customer accounts
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings would be advantageous
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
• Full UK Driving Licence
