Experienced Façade Manager Required – High-End Hotel Project | Brighton | Permanent Role

We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Façade Manager to join a prestigious high-end hotel development in Brighton on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record of managing complex façade packages on luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or landmark commercial projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a premium external envelope to the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.

The Role

• Manage all façade and external envelope works from installation through to completion.
• Coordinate façade subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and in line with design specifications.
• Monitor quality control, inspections, testing, and compliance requirements.
• Manage interfaces between façade works and internal fit-out packages.
• Oversee snagging, commissioning, and handover of façade elements.
• Report progress and programme updates to the senior project team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Façade Manager on major construction projects.
• Strong background managing complex façade systems, including curtain walling, cladding, glazing, rainscreen, and architectural metalwork packages.
• Experience on high-end hotel, luxury residential, or premium commercial developments preferred.
• Excellent understanding of quality assurance, health and safety, and programme management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering façade packages to the highest standards.
