We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to join a busy and professional environment based in Basing View, Basingstoke, with an immediate start available.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone hands-on, reliable, and proactive who is looking to gain experience within facilities or building management.

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the building
• Assisting with office moves and workspace set-ups
• Carrying out basic maintenance tasks and checks
• Managing deliveries, post, and storage areas
• Ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Liaising with contractors and internal teams

• Previous facilities or maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and available for an immediate start
