Facilities Co-ordinator – Brand New School

Hours: 7:30am – 3:30pm
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Permanent / Full-time/ Contract 

About the Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a proactive and organised Facilities Co-ordinator to join our brand new school in Ealing from September 2026. This is a unique chance to be part of a growing school community from the very beginning and help shape a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

This varied and hands-on role will support the day-to-day management of school facilities, maintenance, health and safety, contractor coordination, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate planned and reactive maintenance across the school site
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and external service providers
• Support compliance with health & safety and site regulations
• Assist with facilities scheduling, room setup, and school events
• Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain records relating to inspections, servicing, and compliance
• Support caretaking and premises functions where required
• Help oversee cleaning standards and overall site presentation
• Identify opportunities for site improvement and efficiency

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in facilities, premises, estates, or site coordination
• Is highly organised with strong communication skills
• Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Understands workplace health & safety requirements
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is reliable, practical, and solutions-focused
• Has good IT and administrative skills

Experience within a school or educational setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
