About the Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a proactive and organised Facilities Co-ordinator to join our brand new school in Ealing from September 2026. This is a unique chance to be part of a growing school community from the very beginning and help shape a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
This varied and hands-on role will support the day-to-day management of school facilities, maintenance, health and safety, contractor coordination, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate planned and reactive maintenance across the school site
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and external service providers
- Support compliance with health & safety and site regulations
- Assist with facilities scheduling, room setup, and school events
- Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain records relating to inspections, servicing, and compliance
- Support caretaking and premises functions where required
- Help oversee cleaning standards and overall site presentation
- Identify opportunities for site improvement and efficiency
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in facilities, premises, estates, or site coordination
- Is highly organised with strong communication skills
- Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Understands workplace health & safety requirements
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is reliable, practical, and solutions-focused
- Has good IT and administrative skills
Experience within a school or educational setting would be advantageous but is not essential.
