Your responsibilities as Facilities Manager
- Managing commercial building assets as the landlord’s on-site representative
- Overseeing contractors, PPM schedules, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance
- Managing service charge budgets, expenditure forecasting and invoice approvals
- Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety, Fire Safety and compliance across the portfolio
- Building strong tenant relationships and attending regular occupier meetings
- Managing CAFM systems, inspections, maintenance programmes and refurbishment support projects
What we’re looking for in a Facilities Manager
- Proven experience of Facilities Management experience within commercial property
- Experience working directly for a landlord
- Proven experience managing service charge budgets is essential
- IOSH qualified with strong Health & Safety and compliance knowledge
- Experience managing multi-site commercial property portfolios
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience using CAFM systems and compliance platforms
- IWFM membership preferred, with NEBOSH or further FM qualifications advantageous
