The Role: As a Hospitality Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience for guests within hospitality suites and event areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving food and refreshments to guests
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and exhibitors
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of hospitality areas
- Supporting the wider hospitality team throughout the event
- Ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience
- Confident, friendly, and professional individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous hospitality, catering, events, retail, or customer service experience is desirable
- Well-presented and approachable manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Important Information: No parking is available onsite, so applicants must be able to travel to and from the venue using public transport or alternative arrangements.
