Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of existing and prospective customers across your territory.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive business development activity.

• Build long-term customer relationships and provide expert advice on products and services.

• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to negotiation, closing, and account management.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About You

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.

• An interest or background in agriculture, farming, machinery, construction, or outdoor industries would be advantageous.

• Full UK driving licence.
