Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + Company Vehicle & Bonus Scheme

Overview:

First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and secure additional sales revenue.
• Be proactive across the week attending various different sites, booking meetings and knocking on doors.
• Promote the company’s powered access and hire solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide excellent levels of service.
• Ensure equipment is placed efficiently to meet customer requirements.
• Represent the company professionally and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.
• Work closely with internal teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in powered access sales or a similar hire sector.
• Proven sales experience with the ability to win and develop business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A proactive attitude and desire to grow within a successful and expanding business.
