The role

This is a field-based position where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing laser systems at customer sites, while also supporting our expanding LEV testing services.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload, solve technical challenges, and build strong relationships with customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Installing, servicing, and fault-finding on a range of laser systems
  • Responding to breakdowns and providing on-site technical support
  • Carrying out scheduled maintenance and annual service visits
  • Supporting LEV testing and inspections (training provided if needed)
  • Completing detailed service reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Working closely with our support team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensuring all work meets health & safety standards

What we’re looking for

  • Experience servicing and maintaining laser systems (essential)
  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
  • Interest in developing LEV testing expertise
  • P601 qualification (desirable, not essential)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence.

Additional details

  • Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (flexibility required)
  • Occasional overnight stays
