Finishing Foreman

Finishing Foreman required to work on a new build residential development based in Reading, Berkshire. 

Development is 17 houses, Ten 3 bedroom & seven 4 bed. 

• Assist with snagging, handovers, and customer care processes.
• Preparing plots for CML. 
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation.
• Help manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
• Experience working on new-build housing developments.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.

Finishing Foreman will need: 

CSCS Card 

SSSTS/SMSTS Would be preferred.
