Fleet Administrator – Humber View
Salary: £28,000 per year | Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

We’re looking for a Fleet Administrator with experience in fleet management or administration to keep our vehicles running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, attention to detail, and keeping operations on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate company vehicles, ensuring compliance and availability
  • Track maintenance, MOTs, servicing, and repairs, escalating issues proactively
  • Monitor fuel usage, costs, and vehicle performance
  • Resolve fleet-related issues quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate fleet records and reporting
  • Liaise with garages, insurers, lease companies, and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous fleet management or administration experience (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data tracking
  • Effective communicator across teams
