Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Flexographic Printer to join their operation on a permanent basis.

Flexographic Printer
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: £40,000 - £41,000
Working Hours: 12-hour days and nights on a rotating shift pattern

• Operating and assisting with the set up of flexographic print machines
• Supporting the Print Shift Manager with the day-to-day running of the print department
• Monitoring print quality and ensuring products meet required standards
• Carrying out machine checks and basic troubleshooting
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining housekeeping standards

• Previous experience operating flexographic print machines is essential
• Experience within a manufacturing, production or print environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
