Our client is an award-winning UK manufacturer of high-quality, complex, up to 14-colour UV flexographic printed packaging, supplying a range of industries including FMCG, Personal Care, Automotive, Household, and Healthcare.

As part of their continued growth and investment, they are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printer to join their busy Production Department. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, high-quality print environment, to operate a brand new narrow web press delivering non-stop production through a centralised fully digitalised press operation

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate UV flexo presses efficiently and autonomously
• Manage complex print jobs with high attention to detail and colour consistency
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action where required
• Maintain accurate production records and conduct routine press maintenance
• Work closely with the Production Manager to meet deadlines and customer specifications
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in flexographic printing (preferably UV flexo)
• Proven ability to work with complex, multi-colour print jobs
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach
• A passion for high-quality label and packaging print production
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
