Location: Northamptonshire
Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off (Days & Nights)
Hours: 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am
Pay Rate: Approx. £DOE

A well-established packaging manufacturer in Northamptonshire is currently seeking an experienced Flexographic Printer to join its production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality printed packaging products.

The successful candidate will have previous experience operating flexographic printing machinery and will be responsible for ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of print quality, safety, and productivity. Experience working on Miraflex and/or Uteco printing presses would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses efficiently and safely
• Monitor print quality throughout production runs and make adjustments where required
• Ensure jobs are completed to specification and production targets are achieved
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Minimise downtime, waste and machine stoppages
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all company health & safety and quality procedures

Experience Required:

• Previous experience operating flexographic printing machinery is essential
• Experience operating Miraflex and/or Uteco machines would be highly desirable
• Experience within packaging, film, labels or flexible packaging environments would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and reliable approach to shift working

This role operates on a continental-style 4 on / 4 off shift pattern covering both days and nights on 12-hour shifts.
