Project Manager – Multi-Site Fit-Out (Education)
3-month contract | £280–£350 per day | West Midlands

I’m working with a well-established fit-out contractor who specialise in education refurbishments, and they’re looking to bring in a Project Manager to support their summer programme.

This is a multi-site role, managing a number of projects at once during a busy period, so it would suit someone used to delivering several jobs concurrently rather than being tied to a single site.

The role:

• Managing multiple projects (typically 5–10 at a time)
• Overseeing trades across various sites
• Ensuring programme, quality and delivery across all projects
• Fast-paced environment, particularly over the summer period

What they’re looking for:

• Strong background in fit-out / interiors
• Experience running multiple projects at once
• Ideally exposure to education / school refurbishments
• Experience with kitchen / food tech installs would be beneficial

Details:

• 3-month contract (likely starting July)
• Based across the West Midlands
• £280–£350/day depending on experience
