Freelance Site Manager – Cardiff

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead the onsite team in Cardiff on the fit out of a new build clinic extension on Cardiff hospital. We are looking for someone with a joinery background.

Role Details:

• Position: Freelance Site Manager

• Location: Cardiff   

• Duration: 8 months   

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress documentation

• Coordinate snagging and handover procedures at project completion
 

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on similar schemes with a joinery background

• Proven experience working in a healthcare setting

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• In date tickets – SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work

• Ability to reliably commute to Cardiff
