You’ll be working in social housing properties, completing electrical testing to a high standard and helping keep tenants’ homes safe and compliant. If you’re looking for long-term work, clear rates, and consistent domestic testing, this Electrician role could be a strong fit.

As an Electrician, you will be:
- Carrying out EICRs across social housing properties
- Completing testing works on a schedule of rates basis
- Identifying and completing additional electrical repairs where required
- Working across DE4, DE6 and nearby areas
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to compliance standards
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 testing and inspection qualification
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience working in social housing
