Job Description:

We are currently seeking a General Foreman to work alongside the Site Manager for our client’s multi million pound commercial/ leisure project in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, managing resources and overseeing Health and Safety on site.

Key Requirements:

• Gold CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS
• First Aid at Work certification

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations
• Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
• Monitor materials, equipment and workforce allocation
• Report project progress to Site Manager
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment

Rate of Pay:

£240 - £260 per day
