About the role:
The successful candidate will teach Geography across a range of year groups, contribute to curriculum planning, and support students in developing strong geographical knowledge and critical thinking skills. You will join a friendly and supportive team that values creativity, subject passion, and highteaching.

Deliver engaging Geography lessons that inspire curiosity and deepen understanding
Plan and assess effectively in line with curriculum expectations
Create a positive learning environment that supports progress and participation
Support student achievement through feedback, intervention, and differentiation
Collaborate with the Humanities team to share resources and best practice
Uphold safeguarding and wellbeing standards at all times
Requirements The ideal candidate would have:
A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge in Geography
Experience teaching KS3 KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A commitment to professional development and reflective practice
A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
