Graduate Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities

• Manage the behaviour in the classroom in the teachers absence ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Supervise preplanned work set by the subject leader
• Be a positive influence to students
• Ensure the standards of safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom are met

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working with children in some capacity (doesn't have to be in a classroom)
• A Bachelor's degree in any subject/experience working as a cover supervisor
• Effective communicator
• Patient and approachable
