The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You will be trained to manage a full 360 recruitment desk, including:
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Business development using sales and communication techniques
- Understanding client requirements and job briefs
- Matching candidates to suitable roles
- Working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Handling feedback, pressure and rejection positively
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)
Start Date: Interviewing now for an End of August / Start September start
Your First 6 Months
- Structured training from day one
- High‑activity role: calls, interviews, candidate sourcing
