Role Overview
As a Graduate SEN TA, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored support for pupils with a range of special educational needs. You will contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Assist with classroom learning and targeted intervention activities
- Support pupils' communication, social development, and emotional wellbeing
