Health & Safety Advisor

We are working with a well-established Groundworks and Civil Engineering specialist who are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to support their growing portfolio of projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, confident with documentation, and enjoys working closely with site teams to maintain high safety standards across multiple active projects.

The Role:

• Supporting site teams with day-to-day health & safety compliance
• Carrying out site inspections and reporting findings clearly and accurately
• Maintaining and improving H&S documentation, RAMS, and audit records
• Promoting a strong safety culture across groundworks and civil engineering operations
• Liaising with management, site supervisors, and external stakeholders
• Ensuring all paperwork and compliance systems are kept up to date and audit-ready

About You:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills (paperwork is a key part of the role)
• Experience within groundworks, civil engineering, or a similar environment preferred
• NEBOSH qualification ideal but not essential
• Good understanding of site-based health & safety processes
• Confident communicator with a practical, hands-on approach
• Able to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
