Facilities Manager – Commercial Office Environment

£55,000 + Excellent Package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Facilities Manager to join a busy commercial office environment based in Stratford.
This role would suit someone from a strong technical or building services background who is looking for a broader FM position while still remaining involved in day-to-day operational and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day facilities management across a live commercial office environment
- Managing contractors and specialist service providers
- Supporting reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Building compliance and health & safety coordination
- Conducting building inspections and maintaining high workplace standards
- Supporting workplace projects, office moves, and general operations
- Remaining hands-on with maintenance support where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
- Strong hands-on maintenance or engineering background
- Experience managing contractors and compliance activities
- Good understanding of commercial building operations and H&S
Package:
- £55,000 basic salary
- 10% bonus
- 10% pension
- Private healthcare
- Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm
