Facilities Manager – Commercial Office Environment

£55,000 + Excellent Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Facilities Manager to join a busy commercial office environment based in Stratford.

This role would suit someone from a strong technical or building services background who is looking for a broader FM position while still remaining involved in day-to-day operational and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day facilities management across a live commercial office environment
  • Managing contractors and specialist service providers
  • Supporting reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Building compliance and health & safety coordination
  • Conducting building inspections and maintaining high workplace standards
  • Supporting workplace projects, office moves, and general operations
  • Remaining hands-on with maintenance support where required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
  • Strong hands-on maintenance or engineering background
  • Experience managing contractors and compliance activities
  • Good understanding of commercial building operations and H&S

Package:

  • £55,000 basic salary
  • 10% bonus
  • 10% pension
  • Private healthcare
  • Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm
