We seek a strong leader for this role of Head of Building Service to push MEP growth and MEP strategy at an operational level. With a proven track record working on framework agreements 

As a head of building services you will be involved with - 

• Pre‑Contract Design Leadership & Assurance
• Governance, Framework Compliance & Contract Award Handover
• Risk, Cost & Value Management
• Delivery Oversight, Performance & Escalation
• Bid Development & Technical Authoring

This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front and oversee a region
