Description
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Lead social media (paid and organic) campaigns across key platforms.
- Oversee PPC campaigns, including budgeting, optimisation, and testing.
- Drive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and visibility.
- Manage email marketing and CRM to improve retention and customer value.
- Guide content strategy and ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns using data insights.
- Manage digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
- Identify and adopt new digital trends, tools, and innovations.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and brand guidelines
Profile
About You:
- Currently working in Consumer Healthcare, B2C Pharma or FMCG (MANDATORY).
- Proven experience leading multichannel digital marketing strategies (MANDATORY).
- Strong track record of delivering growth, ROI, and performance targets.
- Hands-on expertise across SEO, PPC, paid social, and CRM.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimisation skills.
- Confident team leader with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, innovative, and commercially focused approach.
Job Offer
