Our client, a well-established company based in Rugby, is looking to recruit a dedicated HGV Trailer Technician to join their busy team. This is an excellent chance for a skilled technician with trailer or HGV experience to lead by example, support colleagues, and uphold high standards in diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.

- 45 hours per week, with regular hours
- Carrying out trailer inspections, servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Leading the workshop team by supporting with diagnostics and technical guidance
- Overseeing day-to-day workflow within the bay as an HGV Trailer Technician
- Ensuring vehicles are maintained safely and efficiently
- Supporting continuous improvement and high-quality standards within the workshop
- Proven mechanical experience working on trailers, HGVs, or similar large vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Positive, proactive approach to work and team support
- Ability to motivate and support other technicians
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is desirable but not essential
