HLTA Required - Banbury, Oxfordshire

We are currently seeking a qualified HLTA to support a welcoming school in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The successful HLTA will be confident, experienced, and able to step into a busy classroom environment from day one. This HLTA role is ideal for a HLTA who is looking for a long-term opportunity in a supportive setting.

The HLTA will be expected to work closely with teachers and support staff, and the HLTA must be confident delivering interventions and leading small groups. Experience is essential, as the HLTA will be required to support learning across the primary age range. The school is looking for a reliable HLTA who can quickly build relationships and make a positive impact.
