£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) + Company Vehicle Use + Overtime

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Hot Tub Engineer to join a growing and reputable business specialising in the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of hot tubs, swim spas and associated leisure products.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with strong fault-finding skills who enjoys working independently and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and commissioning of hot tubs and swim spas.
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical and plumbing faults.
  • Testing pumps, heaters, control systems, circulation systems and filtration equipment.
  • Water testing and chemical balancing where required.
  • Completing breakdown repairs and emergency call-outs.
  • Providing customers with operational guidance and product demonstrations.
  • Maintaining accurate service records and job reports.
  • Managing van stock and ensuring tools and equipment are maintained.
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures whilst working on customer sites.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience working on hot tubs, swimming pools, spas or similar leisure equipment preferred.
  • Electrical fault-finding experience highly desirable.
  • Plumbing and mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Electrical qualifications (18th Edition, Level 2/3 Electrical Installation or similar).
  • Plumbing qualifications.
  • Pool Plant Operator qualification.
  • Water Hygiene or Legionella awareness training.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

40 hours per week

Occasional weekend work and call-out rota may be required.
