Key Responsibilities as a Housing Disrepair Solicitor:
- Managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair matters, including pre-action and litigated claims.
- Drafting and reviewing court pleadings, witness statements, schedules of works, and legal correspondence.
- Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients regarding their rights and remedies.
- Ensuring compliance with all court rules, procedural requirements, and deadlines.
- Preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience handling Housing Disrepair matters.
- Strong knowledge of housing law, litigation procedures, and relevant legislation.
