HR Administrator - 6 Month Contract

37.5 hours per week- Hybrid Role
£27 - 29k per annum

An established organisation is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join their HR team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This role will support the day‑to‑day delivery of HR services, ensuring a smooth, professional and people‑focused employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as a first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing timely and professional support
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
  • Preparing HR documentation including contracts, letters and reports
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and best practice
  • Assisting with HR meetings, including coordination and preparation of relevant paperwork
  • Supporting absence management, employee relations processes and general HR administration
  • Contributing to wider HR projects and initiatives as required
About You
  • Previous experience in an HR administration or HR support role is desirable
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Clear and professional communicator, able to build effective working relationships
  • Proactive, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
