HR Administrator - 6 Month Contract

An established organisation is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join their HR team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This role will support the day‑to‑day delivery of HR services, ensuring a smooth, professional and people‑focused employee experience.

Key Responsibilities- Acting as a first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing timely and professional support
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
- Preparing HR documentation including contracts, letters and reports
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and best practice
- Assisting with HR meetings, including coordination and preparation of relevant paperwork
- Supporting absence management, employee relations processes and general HR administration
- Contributing to wider HR projects and initiatives as required
- Previous experience in an HR administration or HR support role is desirable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload
- Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
- Clear and professional communicator, able to build effective working relationships
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary of £27,000 – £29,000
