I'm currently recruiting for an interim HR Business Partner. This is a 12 month FTC, so candidates will need to be able to start in May.

This is a high-impact role where you'll influence organisational design, workforce planning and leadership capability - ensuring the business is set up for success both now and in the future.

As the HR Business Partner you will be:

  • Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people plans aligned to business goals
  • Shaping organisational design, workforce and succession planning
  • Coaching leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams
  • Supporting change and transformation initiatives
  • Using people data and insight to drive decision-making and improve outcomes
  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations and employment legislation
  • Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence on talent, resourcing and development initiatives

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a complex or commercial environment
  • Strong capability in organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Experience supporting change and transformation
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law
  • Data-driven, with the ability to translate insight into action
  • Confident influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders

Job Offer

📍 Location: Hybrid - 3 days in Bristol office, with occasional travel to other offices.
💼 Contract: Full time - 12-months, interviews asap, May start.
💰 Salary: £70k - £80k - dependant on experience + Great benefits
