Portfolio HR & Reward are proudly working with a global organisation specialising in the media and entertainment space, who are seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis; with the potential for an assignment extension.

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Job Type: Temporary

Duration: 3 months

Location: Central London

Working Pattern: Full-time, 4 days onsite and 1 day working remotely

Annual Salary: £35,000-£38,000

Start Date: Immediately

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle activity including contracts, promotions, transfers and leavers.
  • Assist with payroll administration, benefits and HR reporting.
  • Provide first-line HR advice and administrative support to managers and employees.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with employment legislation and company policies.

Essential Criteria

  • Must have experience with using the system SAP in a similar role.
  • Must have experience with using the system SuccessFactors in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Packages.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards this is desirable.
  • Ability to be onsite 4 days per week in the Central London office.
