We are working with a fast-growing company in the sustainability sector, dedicated to creating innovative solutions for a greener future. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to build and lead a new HR department. In this role, you will set the foundation for people operations, culture, and growth strategies as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a full HR strategy from scratch.
• Design talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a positive, purpose-driven culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership on organizational development.
