Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Hygiene Contract Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Hygiene Contract Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Hygiene Contract Manager, will be responsible for:
- Lead, manage and motivate the on-site hygiene team to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning and hygiene services within a food production environment
- Maintain, review and audit all operational documentation, including cleaning schedules, risk assessments, instruction cards and training records
- Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation, BRC standards, health & safety requirements and procedures
- Oversee training, development and performance of hygiene operatives and supervisors, ensuring all training requirements are met
- Manage labour hours, budgets, resources and company assets to ensure effective and efficient contract delivery
To be successful for this Hygiene Contract Manager role you must have:
- Proven experience working within a food manufacturing, food hygiene or FMCG environment
- Knowledge and experience of BRC standards and customer audits
- Demonstrable experience managing large, high‑volume cleaning or hygiene teams
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene compliance
