- Oversee day-to-day activities and systems across the site
- Drive continuous improvement in standards and processes
- Lead, train and develop the hygiene team to deliver consistent performance
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, legislation and customer requirements
- Support audits, site visits and technical reviews as the hygiene lead
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen systems
- Previous experience within hygiene in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety principles and BRC standards
- Experience managing hygiene systems and ERP-based processes
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams within a production setting
- Confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office and hygiene platforms
Permanent night shift, Sunday – Thursday (5 days per week), 40 hours per week
